This machine is widely used for all kinds of wire rolling round, semi-circle or any Angle (concentric Angle) arc, with special mold and adjustable pressure wheel can also make square, oval workpiece.
Non-circular section of wire, plate only need to replace the wire wheel, wire feed wheel, wire press wheel and cutting knife can be processed, is cement pole, mine air duct, environmental dust removal skeleton, fan mesh cover, lampshade, arts and crafts, flower pot rack, luggage fasteners, daily hardware kitchenware (such as stove rack, wine/cup holder) and other industries to improve product quality, reduce production costs, improve production capacity of the first choice equipment. The machine has the characteristics of smooth, fast and accurate, and has the advantages of fast, slow and backward feeding.
Materials: Wire feed wheel, cutting knife and other excellent alloy steel, and through vacuum treatment, so that it has wear resistance, prolong the service life. Straightening block using cast iron / alloy / plastic king.
The shaft is all made of 40CR or 45 # steel, and is tempered, and the gear is all made of forging billet, tempered and high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface, and the hardness is as high as HRC55~58 degrees.
