1245 Spring Machine 弹簧机
The precision wire turning structure enables the steel wire to use a pair or several pairs of precision rollers to press the steel wire and rotate it, pushing the steel wire forward, and relying on the limiting and guiding effects of the upper and lower ring diameter rods to shape the steel wire. The steel wire continuously moves forward in the respective grooves of the upper and lower coil diameter rods. By controlling the position of the upper and lower coil diameter rods, the size of the spring coil diameter can be controlled. The pitch rod is a vertical movement of the paper surface, which is used to form a thread angle for the wound steel wire.
By controlling and adjusting the position of the pitch rod, the size of the barrel pitch can be controlled. After the winding is completed, use a cutting knife to cut the steel wire。
The core shaft serves as a support for the cutting tool when cutting steel wires. The working principle of the CNC winding machine is as below:

- Upper and lower coil diameter rods, pitch rods, and cutting tools
For mechanical coiling machines, due to having only one power mechanism, each acting rod is fully interconnected through working mechanisms such as gears, cams, and clutches. Its structure is relatively complex and adjustment is time-consuming. Whenever changing a type of cartridge, it is often necessary to modify the cam shape, which requires a high level of technical proficiency from the operator. Especially, the adjustment range of the feed length depends on the size of a sector gear, which limits the free extension of the cartridge. When the unit type gear returns, it is also necessary to release the wire feeding roller through the clutch, which not only increases noise but also reduces the wire feeding accuracy during the winding process.
